The second part of the form deals with the wife’s details with the type of ID proof being submitted. The third section of the form contains details of the witness who will be witnessing the registration process. Lastly, fill in your delivery details and the process is done.
With the right documents at hand, this entire process can be done in a matter of minutes. All it takes is a little patience and all the right details. It doesn’t end just yet. You will also need to fill in the Certificate of Marriage. Here you will have to select the date of appointment and click submit.
